LCD Carts

An LCD cart (or COW) is actually a computer workstation on wheels. The cart has a place for all the components that you normally place on your desk, such as your computer, monitor, keyboard and mouse. This way, you can easily take your computer with you wherever you go. COWs often have a battery to power your PC and can be equipped with all kinds of accessories (e.g. medication bins or sharps containers).

With a COW (Computer on Wheels), you can carry out your administrative tasks directly at the bedside and have access to all important systems (such as PACS and EMR). It’s a healthcare workplace that is constantly within reach!
